To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliko01 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jiliko01's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliko01 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliko01 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-refundable upon termination.
You may close your account at any time by contacting jiliko01 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you accordingly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiliko01 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable local laws and regulations before using the Platform.
jiliko01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the jiliko01 Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
